So, last night I ran (er, jogged/walked) in the JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge for the second year in a row. 3.5 miles along the Embarcadero in San Francisco. I managed an official time of 58 minutes and 31 seconds, which actually shaves a bit off my time from last year of 59 minutes and change. It's not a hugely impressive time, but considering that I haven't been doing any jogging in the past few months, and I experienced some discomfort in the first mile from huffing and puffing the very chilly air, not bad at all.
I believe our team photographer got a nice shot of me crossing the finish line, so I should be able to post a pic of me stylin' in my bright orange T-shirt, purple running shorts, and black leggings.
Maybe next year I'll actually get organized enough to train for this thing.
