You had to assign the build out of my new system to an intern, on the afternoon before the day when the company is taking all the interns out to a San Francisco Giants game, didn't you?
At the point when it became obvious that you weren't going to get me my new computer system before you had to head out for the game, a phone call, email, or update to my support ticket alerting me to that fact would have been professional. Just sayin'
