Thanks to traffic and other fun things, I didn't have time to eat breakfast before going to my personal training appointment this morning. (There was some kind of interesting accident on 280 this morning - by the time I got to the site of the accident, it was all cleaned up except for a large motorboat being loaded onto a tow truck. I can only guess what must have happened.) I was fine for about the first 50 minutes of my workout, but the last 10 minutes were grueling. I should get back in the habit of having an energy bar or something stashed in my workout bag for situations like that.

It was a good workout, though. Lots of deadlifting. I do love deadlifting.
