I need to get better at hacking my circadian rhythms. The combination of the end of daylight savings time and flying back from the East coast pretty much knocked me on my butt for most of last week. I'd be fine for most of the day, but then after dinner, my body would decide that it was time to go to sleep. Which meant that everything but work, exercise, and absolutely essential chores pretty much went by the wayside last week.
Having been diligent about getting outside and getting some sunshine in the mornings for the past few days, I'm now remembering what it's like not to be a zombie! Yay!
Fortunately, I don't seem to have screwed up too many things while I was shuffling around muttering about brains.
