I had my second session with a new trainer today. We're doing less strength work, more mobility work than I did with the previous trainer. I miss the strength work a bit, but a) I'm probably better right now at training myself for strength than training myself for mobility and b) I probably need the mobility work. I've decided to give it some time and see how it goes. I'm encouraged by the fact that I've seen some improvement just over the course of two sessions. One of the reasons why I'm not so fond of mobility work is that some flavors of it don't seem to do me much good.
