Since July, I've improved my score on the Functional Movement Screen from 7 out of 21 to 8 out of 21. Most of the improvement came from increased hip flexibility. I also didn't outright faceplant while trying to perform the rotary stability test, which is nice for my dignity although it doesn't actually affect the score.

My current personal trainer uses it to asses new clients - and periodically reassess them for improvement.
