According to my trainer, I have the best wrist flexibility of any of his clients. I'm not sure how important this is in the grand scheme of things, but since no one has ever told me I have exceptionally good flexibility in any joint before, I'm noting it.
We've also been working on the Spiderman lunge
for hip flexibility quite a bit lately, and today I had a very sudden substantial improvement - right in the middle of my third set, I was suddenly able to plant my feet quite a few inches farther forward. (My early efforts were pretty pathetic.) I'll probably be doing these all week just to prove that I can.
